Cavalli Tower is the name of the project to build a 70-storey extra-luxury skyscraper in the heart of Dubai. Roberto Cavalli himself announced the project. The project, the result of a partnership between the Italian fashion designer and DAMAC Properties, a leading real estate development company based in Dubai, envisages the construction of a tower with 485 residential units and aims to establish the Cavalli brand in the world of architecture and interior design. The location chosen is the elegant Dubai Marina district, which will give the skyscraper panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah Island. Award-winning architect Shaun Killa, known for his design of the impressive Dubai Museum of Future, has been engaged to design the project. Work is scheduled to start in 2022 with an estimated duration of four years, for a total investment of €545 million. The skyscraper will be divided into three sections: the lower section will house the luxury flats and the middle section the upper luxury residences. Both will have access to the sky pool and sky garden. The upper section will house the super luxury residences and will have an infinity pool, a cigar lounge and an exclusive pavilion where residents can organise private dinners and events. Each residence in this category will also have a private swimming pool. Services available to all residents include a 24-hour butler service, babysitting, home health care, specific and dedicated housekeeping, personal training and event organisation. A special mention goes to the 900 square metre swimming pool, which will be built in the gardens of the skyscraper and will replicate a real beach with sand, recreating a lush environment inspired by oases.
